  We've been twice and it was absolutely terrible each time. Bad service, food incorrect, and the worst part, both times got really sick after eating there. After our last (and I mean we won't ever go back) visit I mentioned how bad it was again, to my co-workers. All had either heard this location was really bad or had had a bad experience there.

  Where do I begin? First of all, the people at the door who greeted us were awesome. Very welcoming & friendly. Then our waitress informs us that they were out of the first 3 beers my husband ordered. Then she takes our order, but instead of turning it in, she moves to the table behind us & stands there visiting for at least 8 minutes. Just visiting. I said "Exuse me, ma'am, but have you turned in our order?" She says, no but she will do that now. She continues talking to the other table as she slowly backs away. The manager comes over & asks how everything is, & we tell him. He says he will make sure they speed it up. After about an hour, we ask if she can check on our food. She comes back & says it will be out in 2 minutes. 10 minutes later, she comes out & says it is coming out now. It comes out about 15 minutes later. My order was wrong, but she noticed while back there & just had them give me the chips I wanted along with the fries they had put on the plate by mistake. My husband's chicken was cold, like it had came straight out of the fridge. She isn't coming back, so we ask the lady at the door if they can re-do it, but if it will take very long, we can just go. She says no, they will fix it & that she will have the manager come over. He never does, but our waitress comes over about 10 minutes later, & again we say we will just leave. She says they aren't even trying to be serious in the kitchen anymore. So we just leave.
