  Fox's Pizza has a great atmosphere and location. The food is good -- but not truly amazing. The service is about the same.

  Very pleasant. Exposed brick interior reflects the historic downtown Prattville location. The pizza was generously topped to an almost overflowing state and the cheese sticks were fantastically cheesey. (Downright gooey) Simple set up done very well.

  Ordered by phone, was told 15 minute wait. Came in in 15 minutes, paid, and waited another 10 minutes - only to find out that my pizza had been put in the standby oven before I got there and no one checked to see if it was there when I paid. So....10 minutes later, someone opened up the standby oven and there it was. Not fresh, but 15 minutes old. Meanwhile, as I was waiting, I watched kitchen staff and wait staff dance with each other, one employee "hide" on the floor by the sink, and another punch her tickets in while lip syncing to the overhead music. Any one of these could have looked to see if my pizza was ready. Of course by the time I got it, it was "warmish". Not a good experience.
